Since the dawn of time, man has used stone beads strung in a circle as a powerful spiritual symbol. Mala, which means a garland of beads, flowers or prayers, is also known as a rosary or prayer beads.

These beautiful 108 bead necklaces can be used in meditation to count repetitions of mantras, prayers or affirmations by rotating the beads between the thumb and fingers.     I love this!

    I absolutely love this mala...and clear Quartz is one of the strongest healing crystals there are. I do wish they carried wrist Malas in this stone, that would be terrific. I carry a clear Quartz wherever I go...and it would be nice to be on the wrist. But, I love this mala just the same...I will use it as a necklace :)

  • 1 Sleeve (Garment Measurement)

    Sleeve length measured center back of neck to end of sleeve.

  • 2 Chest / Bust

    Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 3 Waist

    Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

  • 4 Hip

    Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 5 Outseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from top of the waistband to the hemline.

  • 6 Inseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from the crotch of pants down to the hem of the pants leg.
