Over the last year and a half, we have navigated through unusual times that continue to bring challenges to how we operate. In recent months, we have been faced with unexpected supply chain hurdles, which inevitably result in product delays. Now with the added tension on global logistics as we move into the holiday season, we will only be able to guarantee Christmas delivery if orders are placed before December 1st. For that reason, we are offering everyone 25% off their order with code: THANKYOU25, as a thank you for shopping and supporting us early on as we continue to navigate through these challenges.
We will continue to release new arrivals throughout the month, but will not be restocking as we move into November. As always thank you for your loyalty.

If you are getting nervous about taking this big step into a e-commerce relationship with us it’s okay, commitment is scary. Email us and our customer service team will help you out with your cancellation or if you need to remove an item from your order.
Orders that are already in the process of being shipped cannot be cancelled or have any items removed.
We are not able to add any additional items to your order.

You can purchase a Gift Card in the following amounts: $10, $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 or $200.
All gift cards are sent electronically to your email address, which you can then forward to the recipient of your choice. Instructions to redeem gift cards will be in the email.
We can help you out with this. Email our customer service team once you order and request the gift receipt and we will take care of this for you.
We will also add a gift note ***A gift from (your name)*** unless you would like to personalize it. If so, please include the personalized note in the email :)

No. We do not offer gift wrapping as of right now.
As long as your items are in stock, all orders will be processed to ship within 2-3 business days and will be sent via USPS First Class mail or Priority mail. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Average time to receive your package is 3-5 business days.
Shipping within the US is $9.95 for orders under $125 depending on your order total. You can see more details here.
Orders $125+ (after all applied discounts) will receive free shipping automatically.
Note: If you are using a discount code, make sure the subtotal (not total) is at least $95 after entering the discount code to receive free shipping.
All of our orders are picked, packed and shipped with love out of our Encinitas, California warehouse.
Most of our orders ship via USPS First Class mail.
We generally see the transit time between 2-4 business days once your order ships.
We don't do express/overnight. Unfortunately we don't generally offer this, but we get it, if it's an emergency, you can reach out to our friendly customer service team and they can help to get your order shipped quickly and can ship your order USPS/Priority which is 2-3 day delivery once shipped.
We want you to feel comfortable shopping online. That's why you can return anything (except Final Sale items) within 60 days of your purchase.
Oh no! Although we ship with 99.9% accuracy, there is still a .1% chance that we overlook something. We're human, afterall. Send us an email to info@sivanaspirit.com and we will take care of you ASAP!

When you submit a return or exchange through our portal, you will receive a label to print and attach to your return shipment.
If you exchange, there will not be a label fee. If you do a return, there will be a label fee of $5.

You can add your discount code or gift card code during checkout.
This is for both Gift Cards and promo codes, if you have both - you will need to enter & apply one at a time.
Unfortunately we can only accept one discount code / promotion per order. Feel free to save any extra codes you have to use at a later time! :)
You may however, enter both a gift card AND a discount code on one order :)
Every order you place will earn you $10 for every $100 you spend. You can find your balance when you log into your account.
Don't have an account yet? No problem! We keep track of all your previous orders and your rewards will be in your account when you sign up!
Great question! You can redeem your rewards credit when you checkout. Just make sure you are logged into your account before you checkout! Then you will be able to choose how many reward credits you'd like to redeem on the checkout pages.
Your rewards will be posted to your account after your order has been fulfilled. We do this to prevent fraud with our rewards program.
If you don't already have an account, you can create an account or sign in. Once you do that, you will see all your past orders along with how much you've earned.
All rewards are tied to the email address of your orders, so If you've placed orders before you created your account you will still see all those rewards.
Please keep in mind that we cannot transfer rewards between accounts.
And you must be logged in during checkout to redeem.
Unfortunately you cannot use an additional promo code in conjuction with rewards credits.
We do periodically run sales and promotions and we suggest that you save your rewards credit for the times where there are no other promotions running.
