The traditions and interior life of Eastern Orthodox spirituality is portrayed in The Way of a Pilgrim and its sequel, The Pilgrim Continues His Way, both printed here. Written by an anonymous Russian Christian, the original manuscript came into the hands of a monk on Mount Athos in the nineteenth century and was first published in 1884.   • 1 Sleeve (Garment Measurement)

    Sleeve length measured center back of neck to end of sleeve.

  • 2 Chest / Bust

    Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 3 Waist

    Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

  • 4 Hip

    Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 5 Outseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from top of the waistband to the hemline.
