Swami Sivananda is considered one of the greatest Yoga masters of the 20th century. Chapters nine and ten deal with the experiences of jnana yogi and the state of liberation. In the last two chapters he discusses the experiences of some of the south Indian and Christian mystics.

  • 1 Sleeve (Garment Measurement)

    Sleeve length measured center back of neck to end of sleeve.

  • 2 Chest / Bust

    Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 3 Waist

    Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

  • 4 Hip

    Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 5 Outseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from top of the waistband to the hemline.

  • 6 Inseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from the crotch of pants down to the hem of the pants leg.
