Unakite Wrist Mala is used by yoga practitioners for the recitation of mantras in daily practice and also in retreat. Gemstone Malas are also worn as bracelets bring the blessing of the vibrations of the stone into the body's energy circuit. This wrist mala contains 21-24 beads plus a Guru Bead.

  • 1 Sleeve (Garment Measurement)

    Sleeve length measured center back of neck to end of sleeve.

  • 2 Chest / Bust

    Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 3 Waist

    Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

  • 4 Hip

    Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 5 Outseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from top of the waistband to the hemline.

  • 6 Inseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from the crotch of pants down to the hem of the pants leg.
