    Hefty customs charge if ordering from the UK

    The items themselves were lovely. Good quality and delivery time was ok. However despite paying substantial postage costs i received a message from the post office saying they were holding my parcel and I needed to pay a customs fee of £30 in order to collect it. I would advise Sivana that they are over valuing their items or not giving an accurate description of the value of the items when they post them. Maybe the postal service actually thought the necklace was pure gold not just gold coloured ?

  • 1 Sleeve (Garment Measurement)

    Sleeve length measured center back of neck to end of sleeve.

  • 2 Chest / Bust

    Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 3 Waist

    Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

  • 4 Hip

    Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 5 Outseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from top of the waistband to the hemline.

  • 6 Inseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from the crotch of pants down to the hem of the pants leg.
