    These stones are great! The weight to them is perfect for holding in the palm of your hand, it feels really GOOD when meditating with and just holding, in general, to feel a little more grounded when anxiety is high. I definitely gravitate to wanting to hold them or pick them up when I see them.

    Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 3 Waist

    Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

  • 4 Hip

    Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
