OUR POLICIES

Shipping: All orders are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS. You can expect to receive your order usually within 4-7 business days. We are always happy to accommodate rush shipping when necessary. Express shipping charges will apply.
International / Canadian Shipping: Orders from outside the United States are shipped by International Priority Air Mail with 7-14 day service and could be subject to extra handling charges and fees and duties depending on the country you live in. Contact Customer Service email support@sivanaspirit.com for applicable rates. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to give exact delivery arrival times due to the many variables involved in overseas shipping.
Our Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it and we'll promptly exchange it or refund your purchase price.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns are simple at Sivana. Just write us a short note telling us what you'd like us to do (exchange, refund, credit, etc.) and be sure to include your invoice number, plus your telephone number and/or email address in case we need to contact you. Put the note in the box with whatever you need to return and email us at info@sivanaspirit.com for return authorization and return address. If you want to exchange an item there will be no shipping charge for the exchange back to you. Returns must be made within 30 days of when you receive the item to receive a refund.
(If you received free shipping on your original order and you return an item that reduces your total purchase below $95 you will be charged shipping based on the actual total of the goods on the original order, or over $95 will be charged 12% shipping); Mats and towels, once opened are not returnable for sanitary reasons.
Order Status: We usually ship all orders within 3 to 7 business days and delivery will add another 2 to 3 days depending on your location. We are always happy to give you an update if you have not received your order within these parameters.
