What kind of free returns I paid $21

I would really like to give it ZERO stars. I still have not been able to do my return. I tried to fill it out again today and it just keeps on looking me to choose another product and not letting me continue on. I have type up the information for order # 450998 ...this is my note: You all sent the wrong size. I ordered a SM and a LG was sent to me. I wanted to exchange it, but you all are now out of stock. This really has been a huge inconvenience to me. I honestly wish you did not send it to me and sent me an email instead letting me know it was out of stock. Also you did refund the shipping, but I think there was another charge as my total is $72.88 and it looks like there is a Redo coverage charge of $2.98. I hope you refund that back to me too!! Then I have uploaded 2 photos...1- picture of my order size SM; 2-picture of the size I received LG. Please send me a QR code for a return label so I can send it back or send me a SM with the return label. Frustratingly, Wendy PS.: please do not offer me a 20% off coupon...I want to return or exchange it!!!

Why I keep buying from them? They are not perfect but they are trustworthy. If there is a problem with an item (1 out of 5 times do far), they will correct it, no return or hidden fees.

Free returns are one reason why I order with this company

I feel like this is just a up charge because I liked the product and I feel like if you didnt return it.. is it really a free return.. it should be refunded if you keep the item.

I think that is terrific; however I did not use it as I loved the sweater I ordered

Very disappointed. I was only reimbursed for approximately 53 dollars when my charge was $70+. Not sure what was free.

I didn't need to return anything but I like the option of free returns.

It takes a long time for them to process the returns, but I like having the option. For some reason, it wouldn't let me return more than one item with a single barcode though, which seems like a waste for them.

returns are great but being able to do so is a pain. i always have to email customer support to get a link as the one from the website never works.

Unbelievably difficult to communicate with your customer service, mixed messages about returns. Your company clearly does not have its act together.

The term Free Returns is misleading, since the buyer is required to pay $2.98 for the "free return." Yours is the only company I have purchased from that charges a fee for free returns. This practice leads me to trust Sivana less.

I ended up needing to exchange my items for a different size and it was fast and easy.

I liked my jumpsuit and kept it. Don't think I took advantage of the return but can't remember!

If it was truly a free return you wouldn't charge $2.98 for the option. Misleading advertising; I will not be shopping with you in the future.

Especially for first time hard-to-fit customers, the free returns option gives peace of mind to order multiple items in different sizes knowing that I can return them without a hefty fee.

It’s great to have the option for free returns, especially since every pant I’ve bought has a waistband that’s super tight.

I finally bought this, to replace a similar one. I’m so excited to finally have it – as I will use it almost daily, just as I thought! I only wish, that the material was just a little bit softer. That said, love this company, Its values, and what it represents.
