The fabric is lovely, drapey and soft, but the overlap doesn't quite look as in the pictures for me. Even though I sized up from my regular size, the gap between the overlapping pieces remains higher (above the knee) than in the product pictures, even though my legs are short. For reference, I'm 5'4'', 148lbs, and my body type is pretty straight up and down. The overlapping fabric between M to L increased from 43'' to 44.5''. I feel comfortable wearing the skirt with bicycle shorts or boxer undies, but the look isn't quite as elegant as in the pictures, where the overlap gap falls close to the hem. So maybe I'd have to size up two sizes to achieve the look?

Since making many changes to stay away microplastics and chemicals, this lovely skirt has been a welcome addition to my closet. It's as soft and comfortable as a skirt can be without ever feeling heavy or bulky. I'm short so even though it's a bit longer, the side where it ties makes up for that in character. I love being able to pair it with so many options to dress up or down. It falls and moves so beautifully, I can't wait to take it dancing!

I already had this skirt in fig color but needed a black one. It fits perfectly with a modest slit. Is a wrap around skirt and you can dress it up or down. I am 5’9”, 142 lbs and bought a large. Perfect fit.
I ordered a medium and am exchanging it for a large. the medium did not lap over as much as i like. Its very soft and hangs nicely.
Skirt was not comfortable to wear. The wrap around did not easily stay closed.

This skirt is so soft and adjustable. Very light. I can only wear if weather is over 65F
It’s so hard to find a natural fabric wrap skirt! And this is my top favorite skirt I’ve ever owned, and I have a lot. Looks good dressed up or down. Size large is perfect-typically a size 31 or 12 in pants. I really would buy one in every color if that was an option.

I purchased this skirt to wear on a trip to Puerto Rico. It travels well without wrinkling, and looks good over a swimsuit or dressed up for a night out. The size chart said I was a medium but I purchased a large because I like a lot of overlap on wraps. It is a perfect fit.

How does bamboo feel compared to cotton?
Softer and smoother. Up close, cotton fibers are flat and twisted with tiny fuzzy ends, which gives cotton its slightly dry, textured feel. Bamboo viscose fibers are round and smooth, so the fabric feels silky, drapes instead of standing stiff, and feels cool the moment you put it on.
Will it stay soft?
Yes. Bamboo gets softer with each wash, where cotton can feel stiffer over time, especially when it's line dried.
Is bamboo cooler or warmer than cotton?
It breathes well and draws moisture away from your skin, so it feels cooler and less clingy than cotton on warm days. When it's cold, it layers easily under a cardigan or wrap.
What is bamboo viscose? Is it the same as rayon?
Yes, same thing. Bamboo is broken down into pulp and spun into a fine, smooth fiber. Viscose and rayon are two names for that process.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash cold on gentle with a mild detergent, then tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip bleach and fabric softener (it doesn't need it). Heat can shrink bamboo, so cool and gentle keeps it true to size.
