Returns
Our Return Policy
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
How to make an easy exchange:
Ordered the wrong size or color? If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, or even want to exchange for a new product altogether, you will not be charged any shipping costs for the exchange. However, unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us.
- Place a new order for the exchange items.
- Contact us HERE with:
- Your Original order number
- Items you wish to return
- New Order Number associated with your exchange order. (so we can refund your shipping costs on the new order) Please include reason for return.
- We'll send a confirmation email including a shipping label, and Return Authorization Label.
- Affix label and include Return Authorization Label barcode inside return package.
- Mail return package using our pre-paid USPS label* (if applicable) or shipping method of your choice.
