Our Return PolicyÂ
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 60 days from the original shipping date.
- Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us.
- Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
- Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the original purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

This is the hat that fits me and it looks great. Glad I tried it.
Any time I am in the sun, I have a hat on. These are great hats! I love the design, the colors, and the look. I've ordered them 3 times - One of my black ones and one of my navy ones magically disappeared while I was at work, so I have bought more to have as backups. I also bought the orange, the gray, and the green. Green was an accident, but it's actually not a bad color once you get used to the bright OM. The orange is great - it's an earthy enough orange that it doesn't stand out like a traffic cone. The black and navy are my favorites, though I still have not been able to replace the black. Can't wait for you to get that color back in stock!! Anyway, if you like wearing baseball style hats and want one that has a different vibe, but the same coverage, this is a great option.
