        Labradorite Heart

        The heart had a chip and a crack on the upper edge of it. It felt very unpleasant to handle it so I wrote of my dissatisfaction to Sivana. I was extremely satisfied with the immediate response and turnaround service that was extended. A new heart was received within a few days. Unfortunately it had a chip in almost the exact same place and other roughnesses and flaws on the surface of it. I felt so dismayed and discouraged, and defeated to message again about it. I still feel that way. I wonder why this piece wasn't examined before shipping. It seems someone was very careless about the quality of the product. It reflects poorly on Sivana.

        Sleeve length measured center back of neck to end of sleeve.

      • 2 Chest / Bust

        Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

      • 3 Waist

        Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

      • 4 Hip

        Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

      • 5 Outseam (Garment Measurement)

        Measured from top of the waistband to the hemline.

      • 6 Inseam (Garment Measurement)

        Measured from the crotch of pants down to the hem of the pants leg.
