    Beautifully crafted

    This journal had traveled with me to Peru to log my journey through my yoga teacher training certification. It is beautifully construction and the words flow so easily from my pen to the soft paper. The cover design speaks to me on so many levels and the page marker tassel is gorgeous. I will definitely buy another!!!

How To Measure

  • 1 Sleeve (Garment Measurement)

    Sleeve length measured center back of neck to end of sleeve.

  • 2 Chest / Bust

    Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 3 Waist

    Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

  • 4 Hip

    Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 5 Outseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from top of the waistband to the hemline.

  • 6 Inseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from the crotch of pants down to the hem of the pants leg.
