      I bought this for my husband. He says copper helps your body ward off viruses. He loves it, but it his wrists are big, and it is barely around his wrist. It stays on though. I bought one for my son too. They both love the quality. Thank-you !

      Received this bracelet a few days ago and was impressed by the weight of it, the appearance, and how quickly it arrived. Its really pretty, and I guess that my body chemistry is okay because it hasn't turned my skin green. :)

      Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

      Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.
