Shungite Healing Harmonizers are designed for restoring and maintaining the energetic balance of a human body.

Shungite harmonizers are made of two different materials: Shungite and Talkohlorit (soapstone), and they can be of different shapes like cylinders, spheres or tablets.  These harmonizers are used as as two power poles: Yin (left) and Yang (right). 

Use them in meditation  - relax and sit with your legs uncrossed. Put your hands with the harmonizers on your knees. The Shungite harmonizer (Black) should be in your left hand and the harmonizer made of Soapstone (Talkohlorit) (Gray) should be in your right hand. 

To start use the harmonizers 3-5 minutes during your first session and then gradually increasing time up to 10-15 minutes. It is best to use them twice a day, in the morning and in the evening for two weeks with a break for two weeks before continuing the cycle.
