OUR POLICIES.....

1) Customer Service: If you have questions, comments or problems, Email our Customer Service at janet@sivanaspirit.com. or you can call 760-230-2576.
2) Shipping: All orders are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS. You can expect to receive your order usually within 4-7 business days. We are always happy to accommodate rush shipping when necessary. Express shipping charges will apply.
3) International / Canadian Shipping: Orders from outside the United States are shipped by Priority Air Mail with 10-14 day service and are subject to extra handling charges and fees. Contact Customer Service email marc@sivanaspirit.com for applicable rates. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to give exact delivery arrival times due to the many variables involved in overseas shipping.
4) Our Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it and we'll promptly exchange it or refund your purchase price.
5) Returns & Exchanges: Returns are simple at Sivana Spirit. Just write us a short note telling us what you'd like us to do (exchange, refund, credit, etc.) and be sure to include your invoice number, plus your telephone number and/or email address in case we need to contact you. Put the note in with whatever you need to return and send back to us at:

If you received Free Shipping on your order and your order total after returns falls below $95.00, a 12% shipping charge based on your original order total will apply. Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 60 days of purchase. Garments must be unworn and undamaged to receive full credit.
6) Order Status: We usually ship all orders within 3 to 7 business days and delivery will add another 4 to 7 days depending on your location. We are always happy to give you an update if you have not received your order within these parameters. Email requests can be sent to sales@sivanaspirit.com.

8) Your Right To Privacy: We at Sivana Spirit respect our customers' privacy and we do not sell your name and address to other companies for any reason.
